Absolutely no buzzing(from more than 2 ft. away.) 1 dead(dark) pixel in lower right of screen. hard to notice.
PDP EEP value of 82.53

The value shows that you have the patch preinstalled from the factory. You should have no problem with fluctuating brightness.

Would I be able to use the wireless adapter (N5HBZ0000055) that came with my ST30 for my Panasonic BDT110 Blu-ray disc player? I know the BDT's wireless adapter will not work for the TV...

BTW, had Fbr upgrade today by Panny using SD card due to how it's mounted. Guy was supervisor and says he's only one authorized to it with card as an FYI. Went well I guess as I never had problem. Logged about 120 hours on slides, tv and game play so think I'm ready for D-nice settings. Life is good, thanks to you all. I still suck at COD, MW3. Hopefully there will be a fix for that soon. Oddly find myself watching this more than pj. Now have to update the Denon for 3d. Does this maddness ever end???????

I have been using the break in DVD from the master thread:
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=949107
Are these the same images that are on the download for the thumb drive? I am 24hrs into it, Mine flashes through the colors and each one stays on 30 sec. Not sure if it is same as what D-nice has specified.

Also, anyone point me in the right direction for 3D glasses, I can find them, I just can't believe how expensive they are. Especially when Samsung sells them for under $50. Thanks

Search on Amazon for SainSonic 3D glasses or PS3 3D glasses. Both can be purchased for under $60.

The reason the Panasonic glasses are so insanely expensive is due to the fact that no "legitimate" reseller has them. Who you're left dealing with are the bottom dwelling price gougers who are just trying to maximize their profit.

I was lucky enough to get a pair of the "large" 3rd generation Panasonic glasses from Vann's for $79 per pair just a few weeks ago. I bought the only two they had...

The Sainsonic glasses, as suggested, are good candidates, but just be forewarned that they have a range of only 15 feet. Kinda short IMO...

I have a pair of Xpand 103s that compare pretty well with the 2nd generation Panasonic glasses, but are not as good as the 3rd gens.

Good luck...

Mine works with the 110. The adapter that came with my BDT350 also works with the ST30 and the 110, go figure. I've read that some have had trouble with both. I never tried the ST's adapter with the 350 though.

I haven't been able to get my adapter to work from my 50ST30 in my bdt110.
The 110 needs a proprietary adaptor, and it's pricy.

You're right, I just tried again and it doesn't work in the 110. I was sure I used the ST adapter to download the updates for the ST and the 110 the day I set them up. The adapter that came with the 350 does work with everything. When I hooked up the 350 adapter to the 110 to see if it would work, it must have downloaded the player update then. I thought for sure it was the other one. Sorry for the bad info.

Good to know the 350 adapter will work in the 110, they must have added some protocol that the tv's adapter has.

Are you saying that the SainSonic glasses are better than the Xpand 103's?

How's Panny's 3rd generation glasses better than the 2nd generation one (not that it matters since they aren't available to purchase).

From reviews and reading most think the xpand's are better than the sainsonics and also the panny 3rd generation glasses are available to buy , just do a search For Panasonic TY-EW3D3MU , they are proven to be better than the 2nd gen ones , thinner lens , lighter , more light also passes through the lens. I just ordered a pair so if you do a google search you will see they are out there to purchase , just gotta do a little searching , they are all over eBay and many online stores. And read some reviews from real life people like on amazon , you will clearly see the 3rd gen panny glasses surpass the 2nd gen.

No idea about the Mitsubishi 3DG-X103 but the Amazon price was changing between $54 and $64 in the last few days. I picked up mine last week for $54.

The Sony PS3 3d Glasses go on sale a lot at $49. I haven't used them but other have reviewed them as working quite well. They are universal.

I guess we need to wait until the Universal 3d Glasses make it big and we get great glasses at $40.

I bought a 60 inch ST30 from Costco.com

Love the price and the 90 day return policy if it has issues.

Can anyone recommend a good stand for this set? It seems like a lot of stands have glass on the top shelf which concerns me. Anyone know of a good stand (under $300) that does not use glass as the top shelf?

I am so pumped--it should be here in a few days. I know it is bulkier than the 2012 models, but to be honest, I like the look of the 2011 ST30 since it is all black.

I use the $19.99 coffee table from Ikea as my TV-stand.

Don't laugh. I was prepared to spend $200 on a TV stand but found this coffee table that works just as well.

We've had a tv stand with a raised glass top for a number of years now.

In turn, it has held a 36" Toshiba FST CRT - at something like 150lbs - a Pan 50" plasma, and currently a Pan 60" ST30. (Not counting various pieces of equipment on the lower shelving.)

Don't recall total weight rating of the stand, but the top shelf is rated to hold tvs up to 300lbs (!!) - secret, of course, is to Place the tv on top, as opposed to DROPPING the tv on it!
