Ask for the model number. It is probably an older one, which IMO wouldn't be worth it not only because pio's pre-kuro aren't that compelling vs. modern sets but also (and the real kicker here) is that it probably uses an external connection/processing unit and those were kind of notorious for failing and rendering the set useless since they're near impossible to get a replacement for.
