This flat panel just died

While watching this TV last night it hut itself down. We heard the little click it normally makes when being powered down. It will not power up. No little red light to indicate standby mode. Is this a common issue with this model? Is it worth repairing?

Thanks

I see in the user manual that I am supposed to have a USB port, but I can't find it. Can anyone tell me where it is? I have looked along the sides and at the connection panel on the back of the set, plus felt along the bottom.

When I had the issue with a Vizio in my RV, I googled the symtom and model, found the power board failed, got the part and ordered off of eBay, and replaced it myself. When it failed a year later with different symptoms, I found that it was a failed resistor that I would have to de-solder and solder in a replacement, so I bought a Samsung instead.
If my PN51E535 fails, I will get a 4K TV in a 55 inch size to replace it.
