I'm looking at getting a new television. I currently have a 52" Sharp Aquos LCD its about 4 years old. I either want and 3D LED or a 3D Plasma this time. I'm really leaning towards a Panasonic P60ST50 Plasma or a LG 55LM8600 LED the only real worry I have about Plasma is that I don't have a basement and my TV sits right across from my living room window. Is that going to be to bright even with the curtains closed. So far from the research I have done the P60ST50 is one of the best plasma tvs for the money.

No doubt the Plasma will blow away the LG Led in black levels. Reflections will probably be an issue with either set, the ST50 is plenty bright enough imo.

My VT has no problem with glare or reflections in my living room and it's very bright. Don't let that worry you
