Hi,

I am new to this forum and am by no means an expert. I currently have a Pioneer Kuro PDP-5010FD and have no complaints. I'd like to get a 60" TV (move my current TV to another room). My question is am I better off buying a used 60" Kuro series or is there something out on the market that is comparable? I know prices shouldn't be discussed so I'll just say I'd like to keep the price "comfortable", (i.e. not the price of an brand new Elite).

I found a used PDP-6020FD for around the price of a new Panasonic VIERA TC-P60ST50. Which is a better buy? For a new Plasma is there model I should seriously consider?

Thank you in advance.

I probably convoluted what I'm really trying to accomplish.

As I said I have Pioneer Kuro PDP-5010FD. I have a loft I want to add a TV in. I definitely don't want to downgrade in picture quality in the family room (where I currently have the 5010FD).

I am thinking of purchasing a Panasonic VIERA TC-P60ST50 or a Panasonic VIERA TC-P60GT50. Would either of those be considered an upgrade/downgrade/push to my current 5010FD? Speaking strictly on PQ not the size difference.

Thanks!
