I know they say to to lay it flat. What about rotating?



Is it OK to rotate it a fair bit to get it up steep stairs? Can you carry it vertically (on end).

Yes it's ok to carry it upstairs like that. You can spin it like a pinwheel if you like, but you can't spin it like pizza dough.
