Exchange process and procedures:
The exchange turn-around time is 14-21 business days from the day the offer is accepted (pending availability of inventory). Once we receive confirmation of your acceptance, and if all the above information is verified, the order is placed. Please ensure that the television is not wall-mounted and is readily accessible prior to the arrival of the delivery team. They are not authorized to mount or install any televisions, but they will ensure that it is working prior to leaving. If there is any damage to the television upon delivery the delivery team will confirm, reject the shipment, and call us right away; otherwise, the swap will be done at the location of the defective unit.

...I hope they don't junk my current tv. It works perfectly well except for the bezel slightly coming off on one of the corners. It's not even coming off that much (see pics). Can't wait for my new tv though! Thank you Tax Refund!
