Samsung PN60E550 will not stay connected to internet. One day it will be working, the next time it won’t. It gives me the error message saying network is not connected. I will walk thru the Network Settings pages, it will see my wireless router, I will enter my password….nothing.

Mine did that with a bad firmware upgrade. Version 1024 I think it was? I upgraded to 1025 and everything was normal again.

Thank you. Silly question but how do I update my firmware. Is there a site and how did you get it updated on the TV?

Here you go;

If you have a thumb drive, download the firmware file to the drive and plug it into the side on the TV. Then go down to the Support menu and look for update, then pick USB.

*I also found the thread when this problem started. I had written that I unplugged the TV, then reset it 3 times until it finally caught and the internet started working again. Try unplugging it altogether for a minute or two, then plug it back in and see if the networking works? Hit the reset as a last resort if nothing else works?
