Hi I've had my PN51D7000 Samsung plasma for about 2 years now and noticed a line going across the screen only during black images, it looks like a burn in. Here's the problem I have, I game on my tv all the time for several hours days on end, played madden every night for months with the score bored just sitting on the screen and no problems with burn in, I've had my laptop display via hdmi on the screen for days, still no burn in. Constant logos and themes on the screen from tv programs and still no burn in. Had Netflix menu paused on the screen for a full day still no burn in. I know all about burn ins and how to stay away from it. Here's where I got confused, I went back through every game, program, and object/screen I have ever had on the paused on displayed for days on the tv and nothing matched up. I recently noticed that the smart hub has a bar going across the screen that does match up with the line. The weird thing is I've only been on the smart hub once or twice for only minutes. I'm just curious to see if it's just a tv flaw or something else? I also have a 4 year warranty with best buy that covers burn in or anything else and was wondering if I should have them fix it or would they just cause future problems? Or something that I can fix? Let me know! You can't really see it only when the screen turns to dark pictures but little things like that bug me. Thanks
