I'm not getting what you mean. There can be a lot of variables.

What is your setup like? What kind of TV do you have? Are you using an AVR? Where do you want the headphones to plug into? what are you going to use the headphones for?

I have a panasonic viera tc-p55vt50 with no AVR. The tv set has built in bluetooth so I like to just directly pair a bluetooth headphone with it for late night private tv viewing

Theoretically, the Harmans should work, and so should many other bluetooth headsets. Being bluetooth, they should be able to connect to another bluetooth source. Though they would work, I have heard of some trouble with connecting directly to the TV via bluetooth, mainly having to do with interference. Personally, if i were looking into purchasing wireless headphones, I would go with the standard wireless set up (transmitter + headphones) like such:
