When I power on the TV it starts flashing 10 blinks then repeats (you can hear the relay click on but TV will not display a picture). Looked up the code and basically said it was one of the 4 boards was bad.

Action I have taken so far:

I tested all of the fuses, all good.

Replaces the A board. No change.

I unplugged the cables from the SC board and when I powered on the TV it started blinking 6 times then repeats. Plugging the cables back in causes it to go back to blinking 10 times when powered on.

Any suggestions?

The SC has a short on the 15V or other rails, which probably indicates a short elsewhere also on Vsus (around 200V). Replacement of the SC, SU and SD is recommended.
