The others are actually the real deal!

Heres the rest. I've been far more active on the bluray forums, although a few of these pics don't show the ZT60 yet, some still have the 5020.

That was only a 50" KURO? Looks like 60" cuz it's such a big room. Very very nice man. You decorate that yourself or have a pro come in? Either way that's one of the coolest set ups and movie areas I've seen in a while

On a side note: looks like the F8500 took a page from Panasonic's 20 series a few years ago and now have rising blacks and lower
Light output. Interesting...wonder what firmware will come next. FW 12,000 transforms your TV to a brand new one.

Just get a 90 or 270 degree right angle HDMIadapter for less than $5 at Amazon or Monoprice

When I calibrated my set I preferred a setting of 20. Zero seemed a little soft and anything above starting showing artifacts in patterns.

I know some say the sharpness setting doesn't really do anything but to me bumping it up a little bit worked well and showed a very minor improvement.

As always YMMV

Sharpness is probably the easiest setting to do yourself and get right with a calibration disc. Much easier than color & getting brightness/contrast relationship right. If the lines are fuzzy then it's not sharp enough. If you see halos it's too sharp.

Usually a non-tilting mount will be thinner than a tilting mount so as long as your eyes at even with the center of the screen you probably don't need tilting.

On all my installs i use two 270-degree Monoprice #3850 angle adapters on each HDMI input to redirect the cables so i don't have to bend them. I also use them on various other devices like my Tivo and AV Receiver and Darbee etc.

Thanks fellas I really appreciate it. I really didn't like it at zero. It was to soft to me. I raised it to 25. After that in the avshd disk. The tiny squares turned blue (halo?). At 25 it still held it's detail. I feel it looks a lot nicer. I set it to zero since on all my kuros it's zero, so I just figured it was the same in ZT. Thank you guys a lot.

Hey guys,

I have my blu ray player and Apple TV connected to HDMI 1 and 2. Everytime I turn the TV on no matter what input it is on it always automatically turns on the Blu Ray player and switches to HDMI 1 when I'm trying to watch Apple TV on HDMI 2.

Any ideas on what setting causes this?

Disable HDMI-CEC on both the Blu-Ray player and on the TV.

Are you allowed to purchase from there? Well if you can read French lol. Would be sweet
For those still looking. But I'm sure shipping will pop it up to at least 3K

Better than the fleecing all the US merchants are doing for the last stock of ZT60s.

For anyone that's interested in calibration, Chad B is looking to come out to Northern California! (Bay Area) His regular fee of $425 for 3 viewing modes. However we need five more people to make this happen. He is looking to come out in May. PM if you are interested. He's very highly thought of on this forum for his calibrating skills.

Stunning setup - very well done.  What is the stand for the ZT60, if you don't mind?
