I have a new 65" Panny coming in TC-P65VT50 coming in soon and want to break it in properly. I've decided to break it in just watching regular content TV with no black bars, static images, etc. I want to use the following settings: http://www.hometheater.com/content/panasonic-tc-p65vt50-3d-plasma-hdtv-settings
But lower the contrast and brightness down to 50. Would this be ok for the first 100-150 hours of break in time?

Congrats, yeah that would be fine, not really needed to turn the contrast down though. It's up to you. You can also enjoy watching bluray movies with black bars, just vary your content and don't leave it paused for long periods of time.
