I think I know the answer but I'm not a quitter and just need re-assurance.
Panasonic P60U50, cracked screen lower left side due to controller battery hitting it in a rage fit over a game, so the kids tell me.
Screen doesn't come on, have the 7 blinks issue.
Not sure crack is all the way through.
Is there any hope of a SC, SD, SU replacement here or is all cracked screens SOL?

Just want to make sure before I start randomly buying boards or TVs.

thank you

Walking the fine line between jaw-dropping and a plain ol' yawn.

No hope at all. The cracked screen will never work again. Generally the crack causes the SU/SD to die.

so it would be a waste of money to replace those boards because they would just die again because of the cracked screen?

Well, it's not going to work no matter how many boards you replace. A plasma panel contains noble gases (Neon-Xenon is typical.) Crack it, and the gases escape. This means you get no picture, no matter if you replace every single part.
