Not "I have seen a 500-M" and then base a opinion .

So please keep you tongue in your mouth.
I think the Blue Issue was more on the earlier 9G Kuro's and the replaced by the Red issue on the later build models. If you click on my link at the bottom of my sig you will see how far I had to adjust Blue to bring down the Blue issue, but as time went by I found I had to keep adjusting to a point that I pushed Blue as far as the limitations on my 141 would let me before the Blue adjustment had no better affect. .
Yes you are correct.

ss

Comparing two screen side by side with test patterns and images/video is good enough for me. I have not seen a calibrated VT60 side by side with 151 personally so I have reserved judgement on that one smile.gif>- however from what I understand differences while present with VT60, are minor over VT50. I am made my statement on what I saw and easily preferred 151 (to calibrated VT50).

Did I say this applies universally to all models and is absolute truth? Nope-this is IMHO. You have a different perspective based on YOUR experience but please don't club your experience with calibration and make this seem as if it is more 'scientific' and other calibrators have same results you ended up with-that is not the case. Your comments are based on your experience and methodology.-and hence your opinion :-p

Unless you indicate where you're located, I think your Elite Kuro is not really for sale. biggrin.gif

I didn't mean your address. biggrin.gif

I would advertise here at AVS for a local buyer. The potential for trouble is so much less with a local sale.

It's too bad you aren't in the San Francisco Bay Area.
