Hi, we got some scuffs on the screen when we were moving some stuff, and I was wondering if there is a way to fix it. I was thinking about trying eyeglasses cleaner, but I have heard that the outer screen on Panasonic plasmas are made of a special material. I want to make sure before trying anything and ruining it further.

Once the soft delicate screen coating has been damaged, there is no way to fix. It's like a super-thin rubbery film and anything you attempt will just make it look worse. I would not use any sort of cleaner on it - just use plain water, and do not rub hard - use a very light touch. But since it's scuffed, there's really nothing you can do to reverse it.

The only way to fix it is to replace the outer screen with a fresh new one.
