I have a Panasonic Plasma (TC-P50UT50) that lost its two HDMI ports (but its component/composite input and smart features work fine). I am gonna attempt to repair it myself as I feel confident its the AV board. I opened it up last night and looked at it and there are ALL KINDS of odd connectors on the AV board.

Are these hard to unplug/disconnect and put the new AV board on? Or do I have to be REALLY careful and could tear one by accident. Or are they fairly easy to disconnect? Should I maybe use a special tool for these or any other recommendations on removing the AV board in this unit? Just wondering how difficult of a self repair it could be.
