If you're talking about the Pixel Orbiter, well if it's grayed out then it's simply not available for your particular setup or content or source etc.

Bumping this Thread up bc I would like to know too. I've tried all different picture modes and in ever instance it's grayed out. I have professional calibration turn on in settings. I'm beggining to think this can only be done with calibration equipment??
