I have owned my 60VT60 for approximately 2 months.
I have noticed the screen has some type of IR or Burn-In on the bottom portion of the screen and on each corner of the screen.
I have ran the screen swipe option for days on end with no luck.
I called Panasonic and reported the issue last week and was given a case# and I was told that someone would call me back within 24hrs. I have not heard back from Panasonic..
I have called in 2 times for status and each time I am told someone would call me back within 24hrs but no one ever calls back..
The rep also said, "just don't watch the channels that has scrolling bars or graphics. That is almost every channel..
I paid a lot of money for this set, I am not one to leave the tv on for long periods of time to cause this to happen. I owned my previous plasma for several years with no issue of IR or burn in what so ever.
