ok, well, I would start by getting out of dynamic(use movie or standard), drop the sharpness to 0(I would never go above maybe 10-15 on a Samsung, even at 0 they seem to add artifacts in some cases), turn off the digital NR and whatever that setting is below it.
please be patient with this. the picture will probably look 'terrible' to you as you are used to some very different settings. but try it and see if it helps with your problems. if you really want to go back to some of the old settings, ok, try changing them back one at a time and see if it makes your issues return. I suspect the sharpness is the biggest problem, but it's hard to know for sure.
I would also recommend trying a calibration disc, or even just looking up some other users settings for your tv and give them a try. it looks like your display is set pretty far away from 'reference'. it may take a bit to get used to, but most ppl find it a much more pleasing image once they do.
