I find that each cable channel I watch seems to have it's own "temperature" or calibration. For instance, Gold Rush on Discovery is super saturated with color. I could never watch it in a Warm color setting, the screen would be glowing neon. Yet other Discovery shows are more neutral and a Warm setting could work. American Pickers on History is really washed out. Reality TV on Bravo is really bright and sharp. CSI on ION is more dark and cinema like. I could go on and on, but my question is, how do you choose one set of settings (or choose one color temperature) if the varying content itself is always changing in appearance? I can't see myself adjusting my settings every time I flip the channel. What does everyone here do?

On mine when the screen has bright it yellow/reddens/dims the screens so white/light areas look murky.that is the plasma automatic brightness limiter.Your best too put it on the warmest setting, lower color so skin is not too saturated.
