The lack of smart TV features is not an issue. =)
I had ordered that F5300 from Best Buy last week when it was on sale for $800. Factoring in rewards certs and so on, it comes out to a net of $105 less than what I paid for the F5350 from Costco. Since the two units are identical (aside from the 50 in the Costco model number), do you think I should return the Costco unit for the BB TV? Some hassle with the swap, but it is over $100 savings.

It appears to be back on sale at Costco. At least here in Columbus, Ohio. They had several of them at the Costco at Easton (none at Polaris) for $749. If this set has any energy saving features (and I am not sure if it qualifies) then you can get a $25 rebate from AEP (our local electric provider). I am trying to decide between this or a 55" LG or a 55" Samsung. The plasma is actually about $100 less than either of the LED/LCD models. As noted it has no smart features.....which is fine as I use a Roku.
