Samsung is planning to release new models around the middle in the year. To C|NET this means there's still a possiblity that the company may change its mind and cross out PDP from its TV lineup later on, leaving LG as the sole Plasma flag bearer.

PN4500 (a 2013 model)

The 60'' PN6900 features a native 1080p resolution and is LG's only 3D capable Plasma in 2014. The PB6600 is available in 50'', 60'' sizes, while the PB5600 is only available in 60''. The PB560B stands in as the year's entry level option, available as a 50'' model at 720p resolution.

I just streamed C/NET's CES TV Wrap-Up and they straight up said "Plasma is over." They didn't even bother covering any set plasma announcements in the video.
