Is the ST60 worth $500 more than a ST50? All I care about is image quality, I will NOT be using any of the 'smart' features

Without looking far, I found a TC-P65ST50 for $1800+, and the TC-P65ST60 for $2400+..

While I'm at it what about the VT50 vs VT60... Is the VT60 significantly better than the VT50 (image quality is my only concern)

Thanks

Seeing as the ST60 is at least equal to or better than the VT50 black level-wise, it should be a considerable upgrade over the ST50. The VT60 also does have better black level than the VT50 and using 96hz should help widen that lead.

Calibration-wise, the ST60 should have a little limited options compared to the VT50, but still respectable.
