help me Fix my SAMSUNG PN51E530A3FXZA

So my TV wont turn on. absolutely nothing, no standby light. So I figured it would be the power supply, yet all the contact points VA, VE, VS, VSC had the correct voltage, none the less I replaced it... and still same results.
So now I'm thinking it could be the main board or the Y-Main that makes a buzzzing noise. The LED light on the logic board blinks every second, but when I unplug the Y-Sustain, it blinks slower... I could really use a techy individual to lead me through my diagnosis.

I've searched on the internet, but can't find a manual to follow. Any suggestions?
Please and Thank you

Sounds more like a main board fault to me.

On the logic board, there's a little 4 pin header. Take a piece of wire, a crocodile clip, or a jumper that is used on hard drives (0.1", 2 pins) and connect the pins marked 3 and 4 together. Then carefully disconnect the flat ribbon cable linking the main A/V board and the logic board. Then plug in the TV, and check if you get cycling test patterns on the display.

Alright, took a step forward tonight! I shorted pin 3& 4 and forced the tv into its cycling test patterns... went through the colors with no dead pixels or black bars!

So this means main board should be replaced?! I will order the main board and tell you of my results!

Thank you!
