Upgrade to a PN64F8500 or 65VT60 from KRP-600M???

I'm having a difficult time deciding whether or not to upgrade a PN64F8500 or 65VT60 to "replace" my KRP-600M. I needed a TV for my living room, so I moved the KRP-600M from my basement/theater/man cave to my living room and mounted it on the wall. I tried the Sony 4K 65X900B and then the Sony 65X950B in the basement and couldn't live with the screen uniformity and viewing angle issues I had on multiple panels. I am sending back the second 65X950B I tried because I had grey screen uniformity problems with streaks during contnent, excessive judder, and more problems. I don't want to keep trying more $7,000 panels. I found a great deal locally on a KRP-500M that I picked up and could put in the living room and bring the 600M back to the basement. I just keep thinking I should pick up the new, calibrated 65VT60 I can get, although the price is about MSRP, ~$4,500. Is the 5 inch difference worth it? Or should I just stick with my KRP-600M? Both the Pioneer's were built in October of 2008. I think the Samsung is going to be around at least through the end of the year, so I am not in that much of a hurry to pick it, but I was impressed with the picture while demo'ing in the stores.

Keep the 600M or possibly consider a F8500 if the few extra inches are that important to you. $4500 for a VT60 is insane.
