I believe Lounger17 was trying to sell them over in the classifieds section here. If you look back in April you'll see a whole bunch of people talking about them. I don't believe he ended up buying them though?

There are four 103" 12th generation Panasonic plasmas on eBay in the New York area for $7500 a piece. Less than 1000 hours.

How's the PQ on these sets ? 103" is pretty big, even for 1920x1080.....that's what 4K was made for.

Tell that to the millions of owners of projection units. I'm sure they'd disagree and note that 1080p still looks good at that size.

If you decide to buy one just be aware that they weigh about 450 pounds, so be sure you have a few strong friends to help you set it up.

Every BJ's restaurant I've been to has one behind the bar. They usually have it setup showing four channels in a grid, but occasionally they put one big program on it. I've never seen it not working, and it has surprisingly little burn in from all those hours of showing four small images. Picture quality looks good, but it's not an ideal environment to judge it.

We had one in the board room of a company I used to work for. No doubt 4K would look better, but the 103" screen was nice a big to see any presentation from 30' away. I think we paid $30k for it in 2011 or 2012

Oh, I'm sure it looks good...I'm just wondering if the sharpness 'break's down' a bit when you move much above 80" for 1080p.

I thought I remember reading something about that like 7 or 8 years ago when the sizes were moving well beyond 70".

i spoke to him friday before the ebay ended, supposedly, he sold one for 7500, one for 5000, and has 2 left.
I saw them, he is in Las Vegas, they have significant burn in from having ads on them 24/7 in a casino that has closed.
offered 5000 for the last two
you can read "VALUES" across the upper part of the screen in the picture.
