...possibly by "early next year." Price TBD. Posted on Reuters. Four of them would make quite the video wall, wouldn't it? :D

I saw this behemoth at CES in January, and was wowed by the stunning 1080p picture. At that time the unofficial price being bandied about, was $75,000.US.

Just think if you purchased 4 of the new 65' 1080p Panasonic plasmas comming out in September, you would have the equivalent of a 135" plasma for only $40,000.US ( I know you could only really make this work with the 65-9UK broadcast model)

Actually if Panasonic were able to price the 103" at around 40K, it might be interesting compared to the new Marantz or Projection Design 1080p single chip projector with Stewart's new Cine Curve constant height 120" self masking screen, in about the same price range. What a dilemma, Plasma 3D, looking out a window or a 10 foot wide 2.35:1 wall to wall picture.
