Is there ANY 1080P plasma that would accept a 1900 X 1080 input via VGA/DVI below 5K$, and without any under/over scan issues ?

you'd have to wait till the Panny TH-65PH9UK 1080p becomes released.. over 10 grand.

or the current Pioneer Pro Elite FHD-1 1080 at $10,000.

or wait a year or so and get a world's first 42" Fujitsu 1080p plasma.

btw, it's 1920x1080.. not 1900x1080.
