All HDMI cables support ARC. However, there is no such thing as a passive 50' High Speed HDMI cable. Longest certified High Speed HDMI cable is about 25'. That doesn't necessarily mean a longer cable won't work for you, just that the cable won't be full bandwidth. 1080p60 is quite doable at that length. So is 1080p24 3D. If you need the full bandwidth for something like 1080p60 3D or DeepColor, you will need a certified active High Speed HDMI cable, or a media adapter that supports the desired bandwidth. Best bet is an HDBaseT based solution.
