We can recommend cables (Monoprice, BJC, MediaBridge for example) but, depending on length, and what you want to push, it may still be trial and error. Premium High Speed HDMI cables indicate that they are certified by an ATC, and will come with a QR code for authenticity. However, 25' is the maximum length that an ATC will certify the cables. Lots of cable mfrs will make all kinds of claims and have very carefully worded marketing so you just need to be careful, and read closely the return policies. Cables installed in-wall should be done within a conduit. That is ONLY way to future-proof your cabling because you will be swapping out/upgrading cables. 1080p is not a problem up to, and over 25', but 4k HDR is very touchy. Most people are having the best luck with fiber optic cables but they can be pricey.
Wow, this stuff is way beyond my little knowledge. I'm not sure if the guy I use for installs even knows all of this. Sheesh!
