Were they any high end brands that used this interface in a processor? I see that it was used in many mass market AVRs from Yamaha/Pioneer/Sony/Onkyo/Denon and the likes. Was this ever adopted by any other brands. I cannot seem to find any processor that has this input but there are just so many different companies to go through. It is funny the players that had I.Link were typically very expensive but I can only find AVRs that have the inputs to take advantage of it.

I have an Integra Research RDC-7.1 Prepro. This is actually an Onkyo based (Based on TX-NR1000) unit with upgraded clock and balanced outputs. No HDMI audio support but full DVD-A and SACD support over I-Link and AES/EBU and 7.1 analogue inputs.
