I have had great experience with Sammy CS.I first started with a BD1200.Called CS and in 2 days via UPS I had the firmware update.I have the BD5000 for 1 month now and when I first bought it,I called CS and recieved firmware update CD in 4 days. The BD-U5000 load time is good and when I pause the screen menu lets me know how much time into the disc and how much time the movie has.I like the HQV/Reon upscaling because, really, how many BD discs are there compared to SD?BD discs are getting more numbers every week, but has alot of catching up to do.And don't forget BD is not a done deal.It still has it's diapers on.
