Right along with the other influential albums from Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd for me were the first three ELP albums....my dad gave me the first one and a visiting buddy saw that soon after and insisted I also get the next two asap....hooked forever.

I do change it all the time which is why I have it on Excel and uses a redundant number system to sort and order.

The top 5 don't really change but I am not adverse to changing even that if I feel it more correct.

So what are the current top 10 (or 12 or 14 or whatever)? I thought my dad was excessive with spreadsheet accounting in his daily life but this exceeds anything he's done! I can't even keep a decent list of my various recordings let alone ranking them!

Grateful Dead - Skull & Roses

My mom was very much into needlepoint and executed the cover art on the back of a Levi's denim shirt for me (the shirt itself fell apart from the many many times I wore it but now framed and on the wall).

Since we have a fair number of vinyl spinners, can you take a look at the end of this thread and review the posts about canted angles on a cantilever/stylus assembly while records are playing and the antiskate influence on such an angle? Never heard of such before nor can I observe it on my cartridge nor have I read of such elsewhere before....

I recently picked up (for cheap) a 5 cd set from a second hand store. I forgot how much I liked her voice - haven't heard anything by her in a very long time. Her voice is a bit unusual and she has great range. She passed away at age 60 a few years ago. Phoebe Snow.
