gracious, great balls of fire!
Picked up the Klipsch 2.1 speakers a couple of weeks back and have been enjoying them immensely... Was very surprised at the sound coming out of such a small(ish) package and wondered how it would sound given a good soundcard and not just utilizing onboard processing.
It also didn't hurt that I had a BB gift card waiting to be used.
I am very impressed with the difference dedicated sound processing makes over an already over-worked, multitasking CPU.
Just thought I'd give my opinion on the set up for those who might be thinking of combining these two little pieces of hardware together. I'm completely satisfied with the purchase and had no trouble installing and the hardware and software. It took about 20 minutes to get it up and running.
Two thumbs up.
