Guys what a good room analysis software that won't break the bank? Does the software include a mic?

RoomEQ Wizard. It's free but you have to provide the mic (and preamp).

There are many other options but none so cheap.

+1. The SPL meter isn't necessary strictly speaking, but it's nice to have.

The EMM6 will be better then a standard ECM8000 as it comes with a calibration file. And you can't really complain about the price.
