Ok, I have enough gear to have multiple configurations in multiple rooms. So here are the possible configurations and I would like to know which you would choose and why.

Config #1.

2.0 setup
HK 3490 running B&W 604 S3 with Sony PS1 for source.

HT
HK AVR 3600 running center (B&W LCR-60) and surrounds (Dali Lektor 3 Bookshelf speakers) with an Adcom GFA-555 running fronts which are B&W 602 S1's with PS3 for source.

Bedroom
Adcom GTP-500 Pre/tuner feeding a pair of Mackie MR-5 Studio Monitors with PS3 for source.

Office
Headphones with PC as source.

Config #2

2.0
Adcom GTP-500 feeding an Adcom GFA-555 powering B&W 604 S3's with PS1 for source.

HT
HK AVR 3600 running center (LCR-60) and Surrounds (Dali Lektor 3's) with the HK 3490 running the fronts (B&W 602 S1's) with PS3 for source.

Bedroom
Sony Sound Bar with PS3 for source.

Office
Mackie MR5's with PC for source.

Config #3

2.1
Adcom GTP-500 with Adcom GFA-555 running Dali Lektor 3's and a JBL PSW-1000 10" 100w sub

HT
HK AVR 3600 for Center (B&W LCR-60) and Surrounds (B&W 602 S1's) with the HK 3490 running fronts (B&W 604 S3's)

Bedroom
Sound Sound Bar

Office
Mackie MR5's

So tell me what you think? Or recommend a different configuration than I have listed.

If I were you, I would get Mackie for all 3 rooms. Or Mackie for 2.0, HT and headphone for office. I like the adjustable features of Mackie (& other active monitors).

I think you have some great gear, and you should just hook it up and start enjoying it!

I do have it hooked up and I am enjoying it, I just want to maximize the potential of what I have. Mostly though, I just love talking shop and started this thread to generate conversation. I have loved every configuration I have tried and am not dissatisfied at all, more curious as to what others would consider to be the best configuration given the equipment I have.
