i live in France and I bought a Decco 2 about 3 months ago in the UK, not easy to find in France...

My question is it really struggles driving my Dynaudio 110's but i love the sound they produce. As yet no Peachtree 220 in the UK certainly not France , what would be a good compromise as a power amp? Do not have massive funds for this either.... your suggestions or should I just sell the Peachtree and get a Nova?

Power is cheap. OTTOMH suggestion and should be readily available in the EU would be a Yamaha P2500S.

Which Nova are you referring to? The original Nova's weak point is the amp section too.

I like the idea of this Yamaha 2500s amp and have since read some good reviews of it used in this context rather than a studio or instrument amp, so thanks for that. Anyone else share that view?
Thanks for the advice on earlier Nova's too, forwarned is forearmed as they say...

I use one myself for the LF of my mains. I've also used them fullrange and they are a fine amp. I own and have owned a lot of Yamaha pro and domestic amps and they are well designed and made. I doubt you'll ever get the fan to come on in domestic use.
