I am looking for a compact computer table speaker system. I currently have a 6 year old Klipsch 2.1 computer speaker system. (I think my current one was the predecessor to the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 or even a few generations preceding.) The only problem with it is that once or twice a day I hear interference, and I can't figure out why or where the interference is coming from... so I wanted a speaker system with no interference.

So is the Bose Companion 2 Series II Multimedia Speaker System any good?

IMO the Audioengine 2 speaker system is much much better.

Check out the review Stereophile did on it recently.

Thanks! I ended up buying the Logitech Speaker System Z623 since I could get it for about 18K of United airline miles that I had burning a hole in my pocket. From the Stereophile review, it sounds like the Audioengine 2.0 speakers may be better than the logitech ones, but I also wanted a sub.
