I am currently using Sony MDR V900, the spec. is 50mm driver, neodymium magnet, 3000mW, 24 ohm Impedance at 1KHz, 107dB/mW, freq. range 5 to 30K Hz.

So far, this is the only 1 I've found, but I don't know if it can fold all the way to the top

I don't see any pictures of it folded at all.

It might come with a nice compact carry case, though.

I'll be back later...

http://en-us.sennheiser.com/monitori...dio-hd-380-pro come immediately to mind.

They come in a medium stiff cloth carrying case.

I have a pair.

I am used to the headphone folded into a ball, but now that I really think about it, folded it sideway like this is okay too.

However, as of yesterday, I find out that it's my headphone jack that fails, and I'm thinking of just fixing it instead of buying a new 1

Just curious. Why are you intend on a 24 ohm headphone? Anything that can power 24 ohm would work with 32 ohm.
