Your best, money no object selection. Also note if you have actually heard them or not.

I'll prime the pump. Triangle Magellan Grand Concert, about $70,000. And yes I would buy them sight unseen. (it would be my third pair of Triangles)

I haven't listened to any of the really high end speakers but I'd have to look at Magico, Wilson, Martin Logan to start.

I might be tempted to splurge on B&W 800 Series Diamond speakers.

No cash under the mattress, but not in audiophile components either. I learned that lesson decades ago.

First off
I'd want to get the (very new /still evolving) stem cell treatment /transplant for the hairs in the inner ear parts
so I might get rid of mild but constant ringing

I'm assuming a "pair of speakers"

If so, a pair of Danley Sound Labs SH96HO on top a pair of TH221 subwoofers. I figure if Oprah likes TH221 subs for her home sized home theater--probably work for a "pair of speakers".

Have all the amps I need but will need to get some SpeakerPower rack amp action to drive the horn loaded subs.

The SH96HO is good for 5,000 people at a party outside--I'd then get a Mr. Microphone and tell the kids to GET OFF MY LAWN!

Probably Monitor Audio Platinum 500 II
or...

Revel Salon 2

or both...

I have only heard much lesser models from both brands.
They both have so many awards, I would buy either unheard.

I'd fly to Japan, hire a translator, and sit down with the Kenrick Sound folks to have them design me a custom updated fully DSP'd pair of classic JBL 4345s or 4350s.

They look good, but honestly have to laugh when people put up fully compressed you tubes to show off a speaker LOL. I don't really mind the music it probably sounds pretty dramatic if you are in the room but on my 4 year old andriods you tube app it is pretty tiring.

Heh, I do a lot of listening on YouTube on my computer, it's a great way to get exposed to new stuff (I start listening to something I like, and either let it start shifting to new songs on its own or start following the rabbit hole of clicking the related things and recommendations on the sides). There are a lot of new musicians apparently using YouTube as their primary distribution channel, putting up videos and linking to Patreon sites for support or using it to build word of mouth for iTunes tracks.

The sound quality can range from crap to pretty dang nice, and I've built a pretty solid music system on my computer since that's where I do a lot of my listening.

I'm sure the video of those speakers doesn't remotely do them justice though.

The only high end "home" speaker I have had some time with to appreciate are the Vandersteen Model 7.

Got to listen at a Vandersteen dealer's home for about an hour one time. I was enthralled, stunned, and sold, not those, just the hobby (somewhere around 60,000 / pair)but here i am trying to find the best I can afford over and over and over again.

But staying away from the somehow obvious choice of pro musician style concert hall monitors / after all it is what they hear. and for 60k you could still have enough left to buy a decent truck.

That's a tough one. I'd buy two, not just one. I don't know if it would be Maggie 20.7s and/or ML 15As. Probably both. I enjoyed the days when I had the Soundlab A1s and the ML Statements provided I had someone over to help me move them around. I'm more likely to go line source dipoles instead of wide panel these days. And I'm not opposed to bleeding edge cone type either, but I have no idea what I'd go with.

You would really like Triangles, almost ESL like but with fewer location problems.
