Question Denon DVD-3930 50/100KH filters

Hello all
I am new here so please don't be cross if this has been dealt with before.
I have just acquired a Denon DVD-3930 player which I hope to use for playing SACDs with my stereo setup. Sorry no surround sound.

I see from the manual there is a source direct setting for getting pure DSD into the system.

There is a caution about using the 50/100kh filters as it could damage the amp/speakers and I would welcome opinions about whether my setup could use these settings.

My main amp is a 300B made by Eric Chan (Mcchanson) it is a well made unit with point to point circuitry no circuit boards (not sure if this makes a difference ) and my speakers are Yamaha NS1000M. I also have a Yamaha C-80/Rotel RB991 lurking in the background but I like the sound of the 300B best.
So any advise would be most welcome.
