Okay, I'll bite, I assume you know some things you can't relay to the rest of yet but taking into consideration the 5900 is now apparently off the market, could you maybe tell us if it is a solid 500 reasons better than the 5900. In other words is Denon making a leap or just a couple of baby steps with the 5910?

Just from the info I've been told, I'd say it is worth more then that. Take that however you want!!

Let's hope beyond hope that the 5910 has similar innards as are in the iSCAN HD so that you get Silicon Imaging deinterlacing combined with the Holy Grail of imaging - 1080p (that's a 'p' as in progressive) upconversion for your DVD's.

Probably Denon marketing would have used a much higher number up from "5900" for the above, however, ..... say Denon 10000. I expect that with only 10 digits up in product name you're going to get encrypted digital video output (yeh) and the MB problem eliminated .....oh, and maybe the "Mode1/Mode2/Auto" issue resolved. ;)
