On many (but not all) devices you can press a remote button while watching video on Netflix which will display the current resolution on an overlay in the upper left hand corner, as in the following image:


To see this on Roku's (with the common Netflix UI) you press the "*" remote button, on TiVos you press the INFO button, on Xbox you press the right stick, etc. It's usually bound to something like INFO or DISPLAY.
What are the 4 bit rates for 4K?
