I noticed the addition of Marco Polo: One Hundred Eyes, an origin story. I haven't watched it yet but I really liked the Hundred Eyes character. I wonder if this indicates that Season 2 is soon to come.

Some absolutely gorgeous photography in this show, those water garden scenes were simply stunning.

Her page on IMDb shows her as being in the first, second and eighth episodes, in the role of "Hand Maiden". Doesn't sound major, but no doubt Hand Maiden has an integral part in the machinations of the Khan court ..

Netflix added "Black Mirror" season 3 which is a one episode trilogy with Jon Hamm. The first episode of the trilogy is particularly hilarious.

The end of "One Hundred Eyes" says that Marco Polo Season 2 is coming in the Summer of 2016. Not a very precise release date, but I suppose that it means that we can't expect it before late June.

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed when I saw that, I was hoping for an earlier return.

Really enjoyed the short subject, I wonder it they're going to do any more of them for some of the other main characters.

I just finished watching Uncanny, an interesting, thought provoking film with similarities to Ex Machina (they were released in the same month--January 2015--so it's unlikely that one was inspired by the other; Ex Machina is no longer available on Netflix in the US, though it is in Canada). For some reason it averaged a 1-out-of-5 star rating, though three of the 4 user reviews that they quote gave it 5-stars (the other gave it 1 star and said that he stopped watching after 20 minutes ). I gave it 4 stars .

Most of my recommendations tend to wind up over on the 30 days of horror thread but I watched "Big Sky" which was added yesterday and it was good thriller about a agoraphobic girl trying to escape some hoods who attack a van with her mother (played by Kyra Sedwick) onboard.

A new addition this month, ''Eden''. A plane crash strands a soccer team on a deserted island in the middle of nowhere. With survivors like these, no need for polar bears, mystery hatches or smoke monsters.

You can still see Machina on Amazon Prime. Good flick. I'll try to see Uncanny soon. I've got a long list of "must watch" developing.

I'm sold, thanks!

Speaking of hot women, has anyone noticed that the lead actress (Krysten Ritter) in Jessica Jones series also played a part in Breaking Bad as Jesse's hot junkie girlfriend that Walt watched OD while passed-out in bed next to Jesse??

I saw her in a 2014 The Blacklist episode called "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)" as the evil twin of a girl who'd murdered her sister and developed MPD with a single alter with the personality of her meek and harmless dead sibling. Pretty good performance. (I recently binge re-watched the first two seasons of The Blacklist on Netflix).

She was also the title character in Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23. I generally don't watch sitcoms so I didn't see it.

Yes, I think all the BB fans noticed. She also had a canceled series on ABC called "Don't Trust the B--- in Apartment 23".

Finally got around to "Marco Polo: One Hundred Eyes" .. excellent and a nice appetizer for whenever the new season comes out ..

"Redwood Highway" .. predicable, yet entertaining if you've got a little time to kill, especially with the Wife or GF ..

"The Prince of Pennsylvania" .. John du Pont a la "Foxcatcher" doc ..

I do watch originals but only the kids ones like King Julian, Puss and Boots etc. I already added Fuller House to my List as I doubt it will be MA rated like Marvel. If it is I might just cancel Netflix out of rage.

EarthLink Extreme powered by Time Warner Cable Brooklyn.
Netgear R7000 - Advanced Tomato 3.2-137 K26ARM USB VPN-64K.
Toshiba 39L2300U - Fire TV (2nd Gen), Roku Streaming Stick (3600R), TiVo Roamio OTA, Xbox One S.

I remember that, even wondered what happened when it was no longer there. It's too bad, as for the Netflix "power user" it was very handy.
