Google TV is looking to be making a big return this year. Sony, vizio, LG, lenovo, etc announced GTV support.

I dont know why so few other devices/services dont have all 3 of these. If this has Hulu+ and a good price, it looks like a good start.

I saw the device in person at CES. On the surface it was very responsive with web browsing and had its own version of the Google TV interface.
