I noticed that one of the streaming services does not have analog copy protection. I doubt I am the first to discover this, but I have not seen anything mentioned about it. I was wondering if it is against the site rules to discuss such things

There are forums on this site that deal with making recordings and plenty of people talk about stripping the copy flags via hardware. If you're not breaking any copy protection, I don't see how you're violating the TOS by mentioning the service.

I see. Well it seems that Hulu Plus does not have any analog copy protection. I tested it on the Xbox 360.
