I can confirm the same problem on my Roku 2 XD, playing 5.1 DD+ through my Yamaha receiver. I noticed it with Orange Is the New Black. Glad it's not just me!
I did find that if you go into the audio settings and choose the stereo mix, the dialog is centered properly. Of course you lose surround, but that's a lot less annoying than hearing everything out of the right channel.

It's the files. Tried with an Apple TV running out regular dolby digital and the channels are switched around on episode 2 of Orange Is The New Black with all the dialogue coming out of the right speaker. When people report this problem to Netflix they should make note that multiple people are reporting this problem on different devices.

Had this problem a few nights ago when I tried watching Event Horizon. Roku 3 with Denon 2309CI receiver. The center channel dialog was coming out of the left speaker. The 1992 movie Toys had sound problems too for a while, I assume it was corrected since I haven't revisited that movie. All you can do is report the title to Netflix and hope they correct the problem.
