"My List" on Netflix disappeared

My Netflix List on my 2 Panasonic players disappeared, and I'm hoping someone has some advice. I called Netflix and I was told to reboot the 2 players and my modem/router. I did that and my list is still gone. It does show up on my computer when I click on "My List" under the Browse category.

Does anyone have any advice to retrieve it?

Thanks.

Are you sure it's not similar to what I see on both my Roku and a Sony BD player? Just keep scrolling UP from the home page and it should show up a row or two ABOVE the exit/search/categories rows.

How old are these players? Do they both have the newer Netflix UI?
Sometimes the List will be moved to the very last row in the lineup if you don't select a title from it regularly. If your players have an older UI and the List row went missing, then that's a glitch on Netflix's end and has nothing to do with your equipment. You'll just have to wait until it gets resolved. Report it again if it doesn't return after a day or so.

Did you try logging out and logging back in on your players?
If that doesn't work, if possible remove the channel and re-install it on your players.
If you can not remove the channel on the Pansonic's, clear all your log in data and start from scratch.

Seems to disappear and come back from time to time on my Roku TV. Yeah, it's probably one of the browse categories or a search (as is 4K). They probably have an algorithm on how much you actually use it as to whether it's a top category.

I scrolled up and down. It's not there. It was fine up until a few days ago, then it disappeared. The players are older: the 220 and 230.

I will look into how to log in and out of the players. And how to remove Netflix and re-install on the players.

It would be easier to go to Netflix online, and under Your Account, go down to Sign out of all devices, and that will dump the cookies stored by the player when reactivating...

After that, you launch the Netflix app on the players, and sign back in, using either your email and account password, or a code provided by the app that your enter online.

My Vizio Smart TV also lost "My List" a few days ago, still had "recently watched" and several categories; but a couple days later "My List" was back. I figured it was probably one of those glitches that happen on occasion.

My very humble setup:
Spoiler!

Heh, I scrolled through the galleries last night and at the bottom was my list. I think they note how little I use it as I seem to watch for more new releases especially since there are always a number of shows not announced in advance. I need to clean up my list though as there are too many movies I watched but didn't delete after watching.

I stream Netflix a few times per week, so it shouldn't be that. It always used to be right at the top of the Netflix screen, but now it's hidden.

Do you always stream a title directly from My List? That's what typically keeps the list up top.

Yes I do. I noticed on the Netflix website they moved "My List" also. It's now in the Browse category. Stupid.

Checking online, for me My List remains at the top just under the Continue Watching row which is placed first. One last suggestion, go online under Your account and scroll to Settings. Click "Test participation" and see if "Include me in tests and previews" is set to off.

Launch the app on your players and see if that makes a difference.

I wouldn't be surprised that most Netflix viewers have been doing what I do and just looking at the "recently added" category rather than adding shows to their list. Occasionally I do need use search to find a show I know was just added.

Been having the same problem with Starz.com lately. Signed out and signed back in and my list and the most recent original programs, which had disappeared, was back again. Emailed them about the problem.

Thanks. If I want to sign out of and back into Netflix, should I do it on my computer, or on my Blu-ray player?

It does only if you follow the advice and stop being so snarky. You can't update the old apps on a blu ray player. You can't add apps to a blu ray player (not your old one anyway). Stop being cheap and complaining and spend $40 and solve your issue as well as update your system at the same time.

Unlike Netflix, you need to sign out of Starz from the channel on each player. I have 4 Roku's and only one was affected.

Well, my list is still gone on my Blu-ray player. I have the Panny 230. The Netflix website says to reboot the Blu-ray player, modem/router, but that did not do any good. I also noticed I cannot remove movies from the player anymore. These 2 problems are not happening on my other Panny player(the 220).

Does anyone have any other advice? Is it possible it's a problem with the player, and not Netflix?

Thanks.
