How to open this file?

I have such files:

blablabla-audio-0000.dash
blablabla-audio-0000-1.m4s
blablabla-audio-0000-2.m4s
blablabla-audio-0000-3.m4s
...
blablabla-video-1111.dash
blablabla-video-1111-1.m4s
blablabla-video-1111-2.m4s
blablabla-video-1111-3.m4s
...
and file .mpd

How to combine this into one file and open this?.

Those are DASH streaming files. DASH stands for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP. YouTube uses it and so do other streamings services (apparently Hulu does). It's somewhat similar to HLS another streaming standard. Video and audio are sent out in segments. They also may not be at the same resolution and many services (including Netflix) will ramp up to the promised resolution. They can do this because they send out the streams broken into segments. The .mpd file I is the manifest file which tells the player how to play files and what resolution is available. It's a text file.
